An ultra high purity 316L VAR single stage threadless and springless pressure regulator.   Fully electropolished internals, a 10 Ra internal surface finish and male or female VCR connections are standard.  Available Cv flow coefficients are 0.04 and 0.20.

 

CLN-2

An ultra high purity 316L VAR single stage threadless and springless pressure regulator.   Fully electropolished internals, a 10 Ra internal surface finish and male or female VCR connections are standard.  Available Cv flow coefficients are 0.50 and 1.0.

 

CLN-3

An ultra high purity 316L VAR single stage threadless and springless pressure regulator.   Fully electropolished internals, a 10 Ra internal surface finish and male or female VCR connections are standard.  Available Cv flow coefficient is 1.8.

 

MINI-CLN

An ultra high purity 316L VAR single stage threadless and springless pressure regulator in a miniature package.   Fully electropolished internals, a 10 Ra internal surface finish and male or female VCR connections are standard.  Surface mounted models are optional. Available Cv flow coefficient is 0.04.

 

UPR-1

A high purity 316L single stage regulator.  Fully electropolished internals, a 10 Ra internal surface finish and male or female VCR connections are standard.   Available Cv flow coefficients are 0.06,  0.20, and 0.50.

 

UPR-7

A high purity 316L single stage regulator.  Fully electropolished internals, a 10 Ra internal surface finish and male or female VCR connections are standard.   Available Cv flow coefficient is 1.10.

 

UCP-1

An  high purity 316L single stage pressure regulator in a miniature package.    Fully electropolished internals, a 10 Ra internal surface finish and male or female VCR connections are standard.  Available Cv flow coefficients are 0.06 and 0.20
